How does the pickup & delivery work?
You book a time slot online (24/7), our driver arrives at your hotel/villa to collect your laundry, we wash & fold it at our facility, and deliver it back the same day or the next day depending on the service you chose. Pickup & delivery are completely free anywhere on Santorini.
How long does it take?
Standard: picked up today, delivered tomorrow (~24 hours).
Express: picked up morning, delivered evening (~12 hours).

How much does it cost?
Our pricing is per bag, not per kilo — no surprises. Standard service starts at €25.00/bag, Express at €35.00/bag. Pickup & delivery are always free. Add-ons: vacuum-sealed packing (+€5), eco wash (+€3).
What goes into a "bag"?
One bag fits roughly 8 kg of laundry — that's a typical week's worth of clothes for one person, or a couple of days for two. If unsure, bring it all and we'll let you know if it needs splitting.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on delivery. We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For hotels with monthly billing, ask about our B2B partnership.
Do you wash delicate items?
Yes — we follow care labels carefully. For very delicate items (silk dresses, suits, hand-wash only), let us know in the booking notes or call us first.
What if something is lost or damaged?
We've been doing this for 15+ years with a 100% customer satisfaction rate. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we'll refund or replace based on our terms. Always check booking notes and pre-existing damage during pickup.
Do you serve hotels and villas?
Yes! We work with 50+ hotels & villas across Santorini. Hotels can offer ProLaundry as a guest amenity with monthly billing, branded QR codes in each room, and dedicated support. Get in touch.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. After booking, you'll get a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. It updates live as your laundry moves through each step: Pending → Picked Up → Washing → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
What are your hours?
We pick up and deliver 7 days a week, from 08:00 to 20:00. Customer support is available daily 07:00–22:00 via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
